error in tar -xf xfree86-4.1.0-devel.tar

Hi All,

I'm get an error tying to tar a necessary tar file  called
xfree86-4.1.0-devel.tar.

Is there a package that I need to install first.

I am using Win2000 with Cygwin 1.1.8

tar: usr/X11R6/lib/X11/XftConfig: Cannot open: No such file or directory
