I started building the test releases directly from the XFree86 CVS tree
after Test24. Prior to that I was building the test releases from a
carefully patched 4.0.3 tree (without CVS). Builds that came from the
XFree86 CVS tree started exhibiting the "negative sized edge?" problem;
however, I am not at all certain that this problem is related only to
Cygwin/XFree86.
I'm inclined to wait and see if the general XFree86 user base starts
reporting this error. If they do, then it's not a Cygwin/XFree86 problem,
if they don't, then it is a Cygwin/XFree86 problem :)
