RE: no /etc/X11 in 4.0.3


what I did was to create was create the directory /etc/X11/xserver and then
copied the file SecurityPolicy file to that directory.

That seemed to the trick for me (WinME upgraded from Win98SE)

If you really needed then ln -s /usr/X11R6/lib/X11 /etc/X11
