RE: Problems with gcc - cygwin 1.1.8/xfree86 4.0.3

Hi Suhaib,

Thanks. In fact this is what I've been doing so far. I use ftp to
download from SunSite in Switzerland. However, I cannot find xc-libs -as
you mentioned in a previous post- and cannot find Xaw, Xmu, ... libs.

mirror/cygwin/latest/
mirror/cygwin/xfree/xc-4-binaries/4.0.3
mirror/cygwin/xfree/xc-4-src/4.0.3
mirror/xfree86/4.0.3/binaries

Please be kind and post the link.

Kind Regards,

George

I would advice to use source tarballs from Cygwin/XFree86 ftp server.
CVS code is always a developemnt code and may have a lot of broken stuff
and
bugs

Hi Suhaib,

Thanks very much. Robert Collins just noted that I have to access
XFREE86 thru CVS.

I downloaded CVS and will look into xc/lib as I install it.

Regards,

George
