I hate to post but I need help,
I am completely new to not only cygwin but to anything Linux/Unix.
I am running cygwin on w2k pro. build 5. version 2195
I'm trying to use xfree86
When I startx I get my X screen with an xterm and my X cursor
the command line from the xterm window works (I can start my clock) But
the xterm window and the clock are "glued" to the upper left corner of
my screen.
How do I get them to move?
How do I set the xterm window to be able to scroll within it?
Would someone please spend some time mailing a Newbie and teach me the
basics??
