I know that Windows ME seems to be *very* incompatible with just about
everything. Oddly, it seems *less* compatibile with current software
that Windows 2000!
Can anyone point me to a resource that explains (technically) what's
different between Windows ME and 98 or 2000? From what I understood,
ME was yet another retread of Windows 95/98, except this time they made
it very hard to boot to a command prompt.... Obviously, there's more
to it.
Please reply off-list: I don't want to annoy others (more than I have,
anyway).
