I'm a user -- not _my_ code. I'm also not a programmer, so I'm a bit at a
loss. But I'm not convinced that it is an xemacs code issue:

Xemacs makes without problem under cygwin 20.1 using the X11R6 binaries
that are available for that. Also on my linux machine. So if not an X11
issue it is maybe an issue with the new cygwin?

Anyway, any help would be appreciated. Sorry that cut-and-paste to pine
lost the linebreaks in my error log above. Only the last couple of lines
are relevant.
