Yes, I had it working on NT.  So did John Fortin.

Try unzipping all the fonts in all the fonts directories in
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts
and then run mkfontdir in each subdirectory.

Is your /usr/X11R6 installation on a C:\drive?  If not then /usr directory
can be mounted
to /usr.
