Fixed.  The problem was actually that the macro was missing in
libc/include/sys/reent.h
for the non-REENT-small case.

Once you have refreshed the file, you should make clean-target-newlib before
rebuilding
because the tmpnam.o file doesn't depend on sys/reent.h.
