Given the size, it might be helpful if JonY has upload rights on
sourceware. Jon, if you think that's helpful, you can request an
account on sourceware using the form at
http://sourceware.org/cgi-bin/pdw/ps_form.cgi
Please note that this is supposed to be used *only* to upload stuff
and copying over to the Cygwin release area.
