[ITP] GraphicsMagick

[I am now proposing, for the time being, that we add GraphicsMagick to 
the distribution and leave the current ImageMagick release.  The main 
problem with our current ImageMagick package is that it will get messy 
when we have certain types of upstream-releases or changes to Cygwin; 
thus, there isn't much reason to remove the ImageMagick package since 
there is currently nothing wrong with it other than the fact that future 
updates may be painful.  Please submit votes for this package distinctly 
from ImageMagick.  The GraphicsMagick package has been available for 
testing for a few weeks and seems okay to me; if you think it is good to 
go please vote pro.  Note: The GraphicsMagick and ImageMagick packages 
do not have any colliding files; there should not be any problems 
installing them together.]

Reviewer's Notes
================
1) I updated to the repaired 1.0.4 source tarball, which is 600 KB
larger than the messed up 1.0.4 tarball (which was actually the 1.0
release).

2) I excluded configure from the 'mkpatch' step and added 'autoconf' to
the 'prep' step to avoid sending the configure script in the patch.

3) I moved /usr/lib/GraphicsMagick-1.0.4 into the libGraphicsMagick0
package.

4) I notified Bob F. that an empty /usr/include/magick directory is
being created and added a deletion of this empty directory to the
'install' step, to be used until the upstream build system is fixed to
stop creating this directory.
