Those are patches necessary to rebuild from source. They should not be
downloaded by setup.exe at all, but should be available in the same
place the source is. Alternatively, the -src.tar.gz packages could be
(a) customized; that is, already have the patch applied, or (b) contain
the patch as well, as a separate file in the unpacked <SRCDIR>.
