Fixed! I indeed missed a exclusion in the wiki rewrite rules.
Both should now work for browsing and cloning.

OK, I'll try to set that up, but the git:// is not served by cgit, but
by git-daemon, and I did not find a simple way to do the mapping.
Investigating...
