Subject: [PATCH 0 of 1] Fix for {e,}glibc addons long name dir

Hi, this is the patch y_morin and I discussed at #crosstoll-ng today. It
fixes glibc addons dirs to use short names only, since them being
duplicate confused my mips64el-n32 toolchain to build some libs for
mips32. The modification worked for eglibc so I ported it to glibc.
