Nope, going through the list is the way to go. Those are fairly
trivial, indeed, but I'd rather that others can have a look just
in case.

And for even a patch that I thought was trivial, you did spot some
issues! :-) So the list is the place to post.

Yes, I'm aware of the issue... :-(

I've been discussing with the current administrators of the server for a
while, and we've been devising a plan to update, upgrade, enhance, and
and fix the machine. But because it's in production, and there are really
sensible services on there, I'm not (yet!) allowed to do what I want.

In the long run, I should be full administrator, but until then, I have
to cope with the machine as it is today...

What is strange is that some of the mails went through (I got your patch
from the list *and* from my direct address!), while sometime they get
blocked... The real culprit in the DNS black list at SORBS, which incorrectly
lists gmail (and others!) as spammers, and they did not even answer my
inquiries about the issue...

It's a PITA, but I really don't (and can't) switch to another server,
it's been my only real address for the past 12 years, so I want to keep
using it.

I hope that by the end of the summer, the admions and I will come to an
arrangement wrt the server, so sensible services are migrated away, and
I get full control of the rest.

In the mean time, I do apologise for the inconvenience...

Regards,
Yann E. MORIN.
