[CT-NG] Feature freeze for 1.7.0

Hello all!

The next release, 1.7.0, is scheduled for the end of April, so crosstool-NG
will enter feature-freeze friday evening, 2010-04-16 22:00 +0200, so I have
the WE to apply any feature-related pending patches.

For the interested parties, please stress the stuff! :-)
