I don't know about specifically 4.1.0-2.3.2 but there are working
prebuilt toolchains under freaknet.org/martin/crosstool/packages and
elsewhere... or do you want the fun of building it? :) There are some
(outdated) notes on that there too.

Or you might enjoy the more zappy crosstool-ng, as we all keep saying.
