[crosstool-ng] arm-unknown-linux-gnu configuration

attached is a crosstool-ng v1.2.2 configuration file for a ARM (OABI)
toolchain with the following components:

binutils 2.18
gcc 4.2.1
glibc 2.7
kernel 2.6.26

the toolchain built successfully a kernel v2.6.26.3, busybox and
vlc

woult be nice to have it in the crosstool-ng samples
