[ct-ng] BUG: libtool.m4 and ltmain.sh have a version mismatch

Hi folks,

while trying to build a ct-ng toolchain on Gentoo, it fails
on mpfr:

[ALL ] *** [Gentoo] sanity check failed! ***
[ALL ] *** libtool.m4 and ltmain.sh have a version mismatch! ***
[ALL ] *** (libtool.m4 = 1.5.26, ltmain.sh = "1.5.24 Debian 1.5.24-1") ***
[ALL ]
[ALL ] Please run:
[ALL ]
[ALL ] libtoolize --copy --force

It seems that Gentoo's autotools wrapper do additional sanity,
which failed here.

I'm not sure if this really matters (or just a false alarm),
but IMHO we should recreate the autotools+libtool stuff before
compiling.
