Put you installed ptxdist-0.10.6 in the $PATH.

You have first have to extract OSELAS.Toolchain, then cd into it, then "ptxdist-0.10.6 select ptxconfigs/armeb-xscale-linux-gnueabi_gcc-4.1.2_glibc-2.5_linux-2.6.18.ptxconfig" then "ptxdist-0.10.6 go"
