I do not know, however on WWW.CCM.ECE.VT.edu/~scraven/openfire.html it is
claimed that the Xilinx MicroBlaze is based on the DLX, which glancing at
Xilinx's documentation (no mention of DLX, fadd instead of ADDF and
instructions which do not exist in the DLX) is not immediately obvious,
but perhaps the MicroBlaze is close enough for what you want. Craven
mentioned mb-gcc so you may be able to find it from
WWW.Xilinx.com/ise/embedded_design_prod/platform_studio.htm
