Subject: How to get msys-1.0.dll

Hello,
I am Koji Ito  who lives in Japan.
I download MigGW several days before and try to rebuild gdb in the
environment of Windows.
However, when trying to execute sh.exe command, the error message that
msys-1.0.sh isn't found out is displayed.
Please let me know  the way of getting msys-1.0.sh.
