ive been heavily working with gcc-3.4.4 for all arches, but ive done
little with gcc-4.0.2 so i have some patch work i need to do first
before i can test it ;)

as for glibc-2.3.6, Gentoo hasnt added an ebuild for it yet (and i'm
too scared of breaking users to do it myself ;D)
