builduserland and x86_64

As noted on your website this function is broken and in my own stumbling ways 
trying to figure out just were that maybe. 

I can't seem to figure out where or when the ".config" is getting created on 
this line in ptx.sh;

cp $TOP_DIR/ptx.config .config

That may not be the only place builduserland is falling down but getting past 
that would help me.

Any pointers is greatly appreciated.
