Did you compile your glibc with that same compiler?
It seems there's a mismatch.
You might try building your compiler without the --without-fp option...
or using crosstool to build a compiler and matching glibc together.

I should mention that I only dimly understand the arm floating point situation, and am hardly an expert on gcc. Also, I have heard other people complaining about the mismatch warning. You might check on the ptxdist and etux mailing lists, too. - Dan
