How to port my program on Windows ?

Hi everybody,

for me it is harder and harder to port my program on
windows...
There's fortran 77 , Tcl/Tk , C , Unix command ( like
fork() ) ...
And i don't know how to port all of it !

HEEEEEELP !!! lol
PLEAAAAAASE !!!
