cross-compile gcc for winnt

Hi, there.

I am trying to build a cross-compile gcc for winnt. The purpose of this
cross gcc is to use my makefile and source code on solaris2.7(sun sparc4) to
generate lib and executables for winnt. Can I do this? If I can, I have
another two question:

1) (To Mr. Bi Guo), I tried to build gcc for i386-rtemself.
(./configure --target=i386-pc-rtemself), but error occurs when I did the
build. How did you do the build?

2) I want to run the cross gcc on unix to generate lib or exe files(for
winnt). But the extension name for lib is different(.a on unix and .lib on
winnt), how should I deal with this?
