What's the 'right' way to handle configure scripts generated by autoconf when cross-compiling? Is it simply a case of taking the entire target machines' set of libraries and headers and putting them in a folder on the host machine? If so, how do you inform configure that you want the stuff built to go in the normal place (e.g. /usr) but whilst you're building all, all the contents that would be in /usr (libraries, includes, etc) can be found in /usr/<target>? Some hints would be handy, thanks. Gareth
