coffHexSh premature end of file error

I am using Tornado 1.0.1 for Hitachi SH2. (LICENSE NUMBER : 17604)

The binary utility coffHexSh.exe is producing a "premature end of file"
error when run as shown below:

C:\TORNADO\host\x86-win32\bin\coffHexSh -v vxWorks.res_rom_nosym \
	 > vxWorks.res_rom_nosym.hex
coffHexSh: premature end of file

Anyone know what this error is and how to fix?
