Hello,
is it really intentional that these two extensions can't be enabled
(nor disabled, for that matter) via .arch_extension when having
passed -march=all, as opposed to e.g. ras and rdma? This is
particularly annoying because there's no way to restore the mode
-march=all sets after having set some other architecture via .arch.
