[Mach-O, committed]: Use a per-target reloc canonicalise function.

Hi,

this slightly change the internals of the Mach-O backends. Each mach-o
target has now a function to canonicalize a relocation. This would
support more targets.

Pushed on master.

Tristan.

mach-o: use a per-target reloc canonicalize function.
