Subject: [PATCH] Update config.guess and config.sub to the latest upstream version

Hi there,

As proposed by Mike Frysinger, I am hereby sending a patch that
updates config.guess and config.sub to the latest upstream version.
This version adds support for a platform I'd like to add support for,
namely CloudABI.
