[PATCH 4/6] Add sysroot-prefix ld linker tests.


Test-cases to cover the updated semantics.  Grep says this will
actually be the first test-cases for --sysroot...
N.B: full coverage is only possible with complementary use of
--with-sysroot when configuring.
