Add iovec for BFD_IN_MEMORY


Hi,

currently BFD_IN_MEMORY is a special case for bfd_bread & co.  However it could be fully handled with
the iovec feature and IMHO this approach is cleaner.

Only seek() is non-trivial because the initial implementation is not straight-forward.

No regressions with i386-mingw32 and manual tests on alpha-ecoff are OK.

I also plan to add an helper to create such bfd, something like:
  bfd_set_io_memory (bfd *abfd, void *buffer, bfd_size_type len)
and maybe we could make the struct bfd_in_memory private and remove BFD_IN_MEMORY.
