All I've done is use an empty default script for ld -r on cr16, crx,
and tic54x since those target scripts obviously had not even
considered ld -r. (It doesn't really make sense to specify memory
regions for ld -r.) Other targets still have ld -r default scripts,
and user provided ld -r scripts should work on all targets.
