I wrote the pseudo-reloc.c code in a way that both variants (32-bit
and 64-bit) are covered. So I think that there shouldn't be a need to
pack it in a separate object file. Of course I donate the code for
pseudo relocation to mingw (see
for source) and all other interested in.
