PowerPC gold support...

Both David Miller and I independently had been hacking on gold
support in our spare time. I have merged and extended our initial work.
To avoid further duplication, I thought I would post the progress so far.
It may be a good idea to commit this preliminary support to the gold
sources so that others can collaborate.

This port includes both 32-bit and 64-bit support. As David
Miller commented privately:

For the relocation enumeration I used the convention that:

R_POWERPC_foo is a relocation present in both 32-bit and 64-bit
R_PPC_foo is a 32-bit-only relocation
R_PPC64_foo is a 64-bit-only relocation

This patch supports enough relocations to link-edit simple 32-bit and
64-bit non-static executables. The PowerPC ABIs contain a lot of unique
features and even simple programs touch many of those mechanisms requiring
rather complete functionality to build a runnable program. Full PLT /
GLINK / GOT2 / TOC support is far from complete. Some of the
implementation remains placeholders and scaffolding.

David
