        * bfd/configure: Regenerate.
        * gas/configure: Regenerate.
        * binutils/configure: Regenerate.
        * ld/configure: Regenerate.

Ok, I modified the patch to disable only the format checking for mingw.

Is this patch ok for apply? If yes, could some doing this with a working 
autoconf.
