[Patch] MIPS: Clean up gas help text.

- Subject: [Patch] MIPS: Clean up gas help text.
MIPS gas has redundant help text for the -mno-shared option. This patch
tries to improve the situation.
Tested with x86_64-linux -> mipsel-linux cross build.
