[PATCH] Full POWER6 binutils support

- Subject: [PATCH] Full POWER6 binutils support
POWER6 has been offically announced, so we now have premission to push
our POWER6 binutils and GCC patches upstream. The patch below implements
full POWER6 binutils support.
Alan has approved this offline and said to commit it. However, I do
not have write access to the binutils cvs respository. Who do I email
to request write access?
