[PATCH] fix another gprof option problem

I found another problem with gprof's option parsing: the -r and -R options (the
short versions of --function-ordering and --file-ordering) are missing from the
option string. Here is a patch, which I have tested by building an
i686-pc-linux-gnu version and manually running gprof with -r and -R. The docs
look OK.
