Subject: update bfd for Xtensa to match other ports

This patch updates the Xtensa port of bfd to include some changes from other ports. Tested with an xtensa-elf build and committed to CVS.

bfd/
	* elf32-xtensa.c (elf_xtensa_relocate_section): Return after
	unresolvable relocation error.
	(elf_xtensa_finish_dynamic_symbol): Set value of undefined, weak
	symbols to zero.
