Subject: [RFA] Fix bug in AIX linker (coffcode.h)

This is a followup for Eric on 

        http://sourceware.org/ml/binutils/2005-04/msg00535.html

where a problem and its solution were clearly identified but a patch
never formally submitted. This fixes the omission.

Tested on AIX 5.1 using the various binutils testsuites.
