This patch tries to match the local symbol exactly once for relocatable
files. That means the caller of _bfd_dwarf2_find_line should cache
the result on local symbols in relocatable files since it may return
different results for each call. Or I can add another parameter to
_bfd_dwarf2_find_line to indicate if it should reset the matched
field.
