powerpc64 gprof

Removing dot-symbols rendered gprof ineffective. This regenerates
code section dot-syms, allowing gprof to return sensible function info.
* corefile.c (core_init): Call bfd_get_synthetic_symtab.
Applying mainline and 2.16.
