[committed]: Support Co-processor branch relaxation on CRX

Hi,

The following patch supports relaxation of Co-processor branches on CRX 
cpu.
Committed and checked.

        * config/tc-crx.c: Support 'bcop' relaxation (dealt as in 
'cmp&branch' case).
