I split the ChangeLog here:
revision 1.245
date: 2004/01/02 11:16:20;  author: amodra;  state: Exp;  lines: +1 -2729
Split ChangeLog files.

The following merge put back all the old gcc/libiberty entries.
revision 1.246
date: 2004/01/02 21:11:29;  author: dj;  state: Exp;  lines: +594 -0
merge from gcc

My latest fix was to trim off the old entries.  Since binutils specific
changes were missing prior to 2004, the ChangeLog was inaccurate and
had no pointer to ChangeLog-9103.

Like I said, if it makes your life easier, I'll reassemble the two
pieces of ChangeLog.
