At the moment, we just have to deal with this manually when the tables
change. This isn't ideal, but table changes are very rare, as the
tables change only when Intel discovers a bug in the tables, or Intel
adds new instructions.

This looks right to me. Testcases for the testsuite would be a good
idea.
