The problem would have been caught just by using more than
BFD_CACHE_MAX_OPEN files.
ar.exp:symbol_table already has a test for building a symbol table using
one file. We could preprocess bintest.s with sed s/_symbol/_sy_$i/
to get lots of different assembler source files to assemble.
