We're having trouble with the versioning on MIPS in the 2.12.1 binutils. Any binary that uses a versioned shared object dies with a SIGILL. While I'm researching this for myself I figured I'd ask if anyone just happens to remember anything about this.

I've already applied the following patch and it doesn't seem to help.
